The world is crammed full of “opposites.”
In order to have hot, you must have cold. In order to have light, you must also have dark. In order to have up, you must have down.
Right? They’re opposites. One can’t really exist without the other.
In fact, they’re actually “pairs.” Without each other, neither can exist. It just doesn’t make sense. You can’t have up without down.
