The other week, I decided to attend a local Buddhist class. They were holding a discussion on the nature of happiness. The “enlightened one” entered center stage, a gentle, snail- paced walk to match his speech, and talked about what made us happy.
This went on for a period of two hours, with many questions from the small audience.
