You have more power than you realise. More genius than you can imagine. More wisdom and knowledge that you can ever access. This is not a patronising statement to seduce you into a false belief. You possess unlimited power, although accessing that power is the basis to this blog article.

You see, when we learn to let go of the false belief that we are lacking in some way and inadequate; in that very moment, we arouse our potential. Who you are today is a result of your acquired programs, beliefs, thoughts and ideas about the world. Unless we challenge the status quo, we remain one of the masses. One has only look at mainstream culture to see the effects the media and marketing hype has on our society. We are drawn into a fictitious way of life at the expense of our sanity and earned dollars.

If one was to stop eating and drinking it wouldn’t be long before they would start to experience problems. And if this went on for too long, they would soon die. But while one is likely to be aware of their physical needs in most cases, what they might not be aware of is what is going on for them emotionally.

Or if they are aware of what is going on, they might end up ignoring it. This relates to how one feels about something or someone. The ideal is for emotions to flow, just like a river. And if one can’t deal with them as and when they arise, like a river that is monetarily blocked, they will process them shortly after.

We all have days when it is an absolute struggle just to get out of bed. We wish we can simply sleep all day. We desperately need to find some form of motivation, some reason to face the day ahead. At work we sometimes find ourselves pushing aside particular tasks. Somehow we cannot get ourselves to do them and we keep finding other things to work on, waiting for that elusive mood to come to us in order to get things moving along. Even relationships sometimes suffer from periods when either or both parties may be experiencing individual problems that keep them from nurturing their connection to their partner.

There is the potential for one to experience pain in all areas of their body. These can relate to one having a headache, stomach problems, tension in their shoulders and/or their lower back for instance.

With it being highly likely one has experienced at least one of the above this year, let alone throughout their whole life. For some people, they could be regular experiences and what has become part of their everyday life.

To live this way from time to time may not cause too many problems, but to constantly be under pressure in all or even one of these areas, is going to affects ones wellbeing. The pain doesn’t even need to be too extreme, because if it is there on a fairly consistent basis, it is going to wear one down.
