I have lived my business life for a while with a quote &quot;Progress n ot perfection&quot; as I have a tendency to get so wrapped up in making sure everything is perfect, that somethings things never get into &#039;action&#039;.  I&#039;m going to change (hard word) my mantra to the quotes from Shunryu Suzuki that you shared: &quot;You are perfect just as you are&quot; and &quot;You can use a little improvement.”  A paradox at first reading, but very empowering.
