			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>These days, many of us have more worries on our minds than we did two years ago. Most people are concerned about their jobs and their bank accounts. And if you are not personally concerned, you are most likely close to someone who is more anxious than usual. This is a time when all of us must remember that Faith is Power.</p>
<p>Faith is the belief that things will get better and that which seems impossible is possible. It has often been said, &#8220;thoughts are things and they change our lives.&#8221; If we have thoughts that life will get better, then our creative imaginations are able to create solutions to our problems and we travel down the road of success. If on the other hand, our thoughts keep telling us that life will not get better, then we are likely to create unhappy times and travel down the road of a less successful life.</p>
<p><em>Which road do you choose to travel?</em></p>
<p>Traveling the powerful road of faith is the best choice! Faith is powerful because as more and more of us send out positive thoughts those thoughts act like threads of positive energy weaving together blanketing the earth in faith. Faith unites us all in a spiritual global atmosphere.</p>
<p>Despite all the different religions, ideologies, dogmas and personal beliefs we are all one people. A tribal woman in Africa, a person of the Jewish faith, a Buddhist Monk, a devout Catholic, a Muslim or members of Spiritualism and Unity: all share faith.</p>
<p>No matter what spiritual community we are part of, faith is the connecting thread of positive thought that can help us as a world to raise the spiritual consciousness of all peoples. As we become better human beings through the power or faith, we are able to make better decisions for our personal lives and for the global community.</p>
<p>The good news is that with a little discipline and motivation, we can all choose to embrace the Power of Faith.</p>
<p><strong>Spiritual Practice of Daily Faith Affirmations</strong><br />
Bring power to your faith by using daily faith affirmations as a tool. An affirmation is a positive statement to be repeated several times in your mind or spoken out loud. As you repeat the affirmation, you are sending helpful messages to your body, mind and spirit. Each time you repeat an affirmation of faith, you are reminding yourself to remain positive as you are presented with the challenges that each day brings.</p>
<p>Use faith affirmations throughout the day and watch your life change. The power of your faith will make each day a good day, no matter what happens. Travel the road of faith and your moods will be better &#8211; those around you will be energized by your presence. This will lead to improved personal relationships and more progress in the workplace. The power of daily faith affirmations can only help you and others. There are no bad side effects &#8211; only positive results!</p>
<p><strong>In The Morning</strong><br />
Begin each day with an affirmation of your faith in the goodness of life. Faith is yours every morning if you will receive it and then infuse faith into your thoughts.</p>
<p>Start of Day Affirmation: <em>I give thanks for the life that I am living and for every breath I take. As I begin this day, I will walk the path of Faith.</em></p>
<p><strong>Through Out the Day</strong><br />
Repeat the Cycles of Life Affirmation below, whenever you need a quick boost in your ability to be a positive and powerful person. As you go through your day, there are bound to be cycles of happiness and disappointment. However, when we walk the calming path of faith and evoke its powers, we have an acceptance of life and can handle any situation that presents itself.</p>
<p>While we may at times be tempted to ride the emotional roller coaster, with its crazy ups and downs, the power of faith reminds us that the emotional roller coaster is a &#8220;no no&#8221; for us. We remain calm and focus on all the positive blessings of the day: the warm greeting from a friend and the laughter we share with others. Keep your personal power high all day with this affirmation.</p>
<p>Cycles of Life Affirmation: <em>I give thanks for the day that I am living and its blessings. With the power of faith I can focus on all the positive things that are happening. I will continue to make good decisions and remain calm.</em></p>
<p><strong>Late Afternoon</strong><br />
At some point in the late afternoon, take a two-minute &#8220;faith break.&#8221; Many of us tend to feel a drop in our energy at this time, and our personal power may be at its lowest point. This is a time to renew your faith in yourself and in the future of this day. Drinking in the energies of renewed faith can be as refreshing as a cool glass of water on a hot day.</p>
<p>Afternoon Renewal of Faith Affirmation: <em>I take a moment to get in touch with my deep faith in life. In this moment, I visualize someone I love or a beautiful place that I enjoy visiting. As I renew my faith by bringing positive images into my mind, I am refreshed.</em></p>
<p><strong>In The Evening</strong><br />
During the evening hours, there are bound to be ups and downs as we become involved with loved ones, or with loneliness. There are often numerous personal tasks that we must take care of. And those of us with health issues have special challenges to deal with. Regardless of your lifestyle or situation, make time for  reflection in the evening.</p>
<p>Evening Prayer: <em>I give thanks for another day of life on this beautiful earth. I am grateful that I have a roof over my head, food to eat, and clean clothing to wear. I am so blessed! I ask that I become more trusting in the power of faith as I walk its path each day. May I, through the power of faith, be continually reminded that We Are All One.</em></p>
<p>Whether you are a member of a religion or organized spiritual group or do not choose to be a member of any group, you can live a life of faith knowing that each of us is part of the cosmic universe. We are all born capable of reaching our highest goals as we understand that faith is power.</p>
<p>As we make the daily practice of faith affirmations part of our lives, we will see a noticeable difference in our moods, our behavior and our success rate. Things will get better! And if enough of us realize that faith is power, not only will life improve for us, but for everyone.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You have an awesome power that most of us have never been taught to use effectively. Elite athletes use it. The super rich use it. And peak performers in all fields now use it. That power is called visualization.</p>
<p>The daily practice of visualizing your dreams as already complete can rapidly accelerate your achievement of those dreams, goals and ambitions. Visualization of your goals and desires accomplishes four very important things.</p>
<ol>
<li>It activates your creative subconscious which will start generating creative ideas to achieve your goal.</li>
<li>It programs your brain to more readily perceive and recognize the resources you will need to achieve your dreams.</li>
<li>It activates the law of attraction, thereby drawing into your life the people, resources, and circumstances you will need to achieve your goals.</li>
<li>It builds your internal motivation to take the necessary actions to achieve your dreams.</li>
</ol>
<p>Visualization is really quite simple. You sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine &#8212; in as vivid detail as you can &#8212; what you would be looking at if the dream you have were already realized. Imagine being inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes at the ideal result.</p>
<p><strong>Mental Rehearsal</strong><br />
Athletes call this visualization process &#8220;mental rehearsal,&#8221; and they have been using it since the 1960s when we learned about it from the Russians. All you have to do is set aside a few minutes a day. The best times are when you first wake up, after meditation or prayer, and right before you go to bed. These are the times you are most relaxed.</p>
<p><strong>Go through the following three steps:</strong></p>
<p><strong>STEP 1.</strong> Imagine sitting in a movie theater, the lights dim, and then the movie starts. It is a movie of you doing perfectly whatever it is that you want to do better. See as much detail as you can create, including your clothing, the expression on your face, small body movements, the environment and any other people that might be around.</p>
<p>Add in any sounds you would be hearing &#8211; traffic, music, other people talking, cheering. And finally, recreate in your body any feelings you think you would be experiencing as you engage in this activity.</p>
<p><strong>STEP 2.</strong> Get out of your chair, walk up to the screen, open a door in the screen and enter into the movie. Now experience the whole thing again from inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes. This is called an &#8220;embodied image&#8221; rather than a &#8220;distant image.&#8221; It will deepen the impact of the experience. Again, see everything in vivid detail, hear the sounds you would hear, and feel the feelings you would feel.</p>
<p><strong>STEP 3.</strong> Finally, walk back out of the screen that is still showing the picture of you performing perfectly, return to your seat in the theater, reach out and grab the screen and shrink it down to the size of a cracker. Then, bring this miniature screen up to your mouth, chew it up and swallow it. Imagine that each tiny piece &#8211; just like a hologram &#8211; contains the full picture of you performing well.</p>
<p>Imagine all these little screens traveling down into your stomach and out through the bloodstream into every cell of your body. Then imagine that every cell of your body is lit up with a movie of you performing perfectly. It&#8217;s like one of those appliance store windows where 50 televisions are all tuned to the same channel.</p>
<p>When you have finished this process &#8211; it should take less than five minutes &#8212; you can open your eyes and go about your business. If you make this part of your daily routine, you will be amazed at how much improvement you will see in your life.</p>
<p><strong>Create Goal Pictures</strong><br />
Another powerful technique is to create a photograph or picture of yourself with your goal, as if it were already completed. If one of your goals is to own a new car, take your camera down to your local auto dealer and have a picture taken of yourself sitting behind the wheel of your dream car. If your goal is to visit Paris, find a picture or poster of the Eiffel Tower and cut out a picture of yourself and place it into the picture.</p>
<p>With today&#8217;s technology, you can make even more convincing images using your computer. I personally use our Dream Big Vision Board Screen Saver Software, click through to see my own personal vision board in action.</p>
<p><strong>Create a Visual Picture and an Affirmation for Each Goal</strong><br />
We recommend that you find or create a picture of every aspect of your dream life. Create a picture or a visual representation for every goal you have &#8211; financial, career, recreation, new skills and abilities, things you want to purchase, and so on.</p>
<p>When we were writing the very first Chicken Soup for the Soul® book, we took a copy of the New York Times best seller list, scanned it into our computer, and using the same font as the newspaper, typed Chicken Soup for the Soul into the number one position in the &#8220;Paperback Advice, How-To and Miscellaneous&#8221; category. We printed several copies and hung them up around the office. Less than two years later, our book was the number one book in that category and stayed there for over a year!</p>
<p><strong>Index Cards</strong><br />
We practice a similar discipline every day. We each have a list of about 30-40 goals we are currently working on. We write each goal on a 3&#215;5 index card and keep those cards near our bed and take them with us when we travel. Each morning and each night we go through the stack of cards, one at a time, read the card, close our eyes, see the completion of that goal in its perfect desired state for about 15 seconds, open our eyes and repeat the process with the next card.</p>
<p><strong>Use Affirmations to Support Your Visualization</strong><br />
An affirmation is a statement that evokes not only a picture, but the experience of already having what you want. Here&#8217;s an example of an affirmation:</p>
<p><em>I am happily vacationing 2 months out of the year in a tropical paradise, and working just four days a week owning my own business.</em></p>
<p>Repeating an affirmation several times a day keeps you focused on your goal, strengthens your motivation, and programs your subconscious by sending an order to your crew to do whatever it takes to make that goal happen.</p>
<p><strong>Expect Results</strong><br />
Through writing down your goals, using the power of visualization and repeating your affirmations, you can achieve amazing results.</p>
<p>Visualization and affirmations allow you to change your beliefs, assumptions, and opinions about the most important person in your life &#8211; YOU! They allow you to harness the 18 billion brain cells in your brain and get them all working in a singular and purposeful direction.</p>
<p>Your subconscious will become engaged in a process that transforms you forever. The process is invisible and doesn&#8217;t take a long time. It just happens over time, as long as you put in the time to visualize and affirm, surround yourself with positive people, read uplifting books and listen to audio programs that flood your mind with positive, life-affirming messages.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Reflect is a new company on the horizon and is having an instantaneous impact on the way people are thinking about fashion.  For the first time, clothes are being used to better our lives&#8230;</p>
<p>The creators of the company are brother and sister, Drew and Caroline, and for the last 15 years they&#8217;ve been a source of inspiration for one other.  Turning to the other for guidance and support in times of need, they&#8217;ve developed a relationship of encouragement and empowerment.  Growing up they shared the same intense fulfillment in bringing happiness to others, and often, were sources of hope and inspiration for those around them.</p>
<p>Fast forward to 2007, Caroline was off traveling the world, finding joy pursuing philanthropic activities in third world countries, while Drew was in New York trying to make sense of his life.  After many wrong turns and doing some soul searching, Drew stumbled upon Life Coaching.  The practice of being a coach was incredibly fulfilling, but did not reach enough people as it was always one on one.  The desire to create tools that would help a large number of people stay true to their dreams was born.</p>
<p>Surrounding himself with inspiration, Drew utilized quotes, books, movies, and even inspirational screen savers to create an environment for success.  In the spring of 2007, Drew was looking into a mirror, saying a positive affirmation and glanced down at the t-shirt he was wearing.  The idea of putting affirmations on a t-shirt that were readable in the mirror emerged, and in an instant, Reflect was born.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Caroline&#8217;s adventure around the world was coming to a close and she returned home in June of 07.  Completely revitalized and with a clear perspective on her life, she was reluctant to jump back into the corporate world as it had proved to be unfulfilling in the past.  Soon after, however, a job appeared for a company that had an entrepreneurial spirit and matched her strength in sales.</p>
<p>But as time passed, Caroline felt as though she was not living out her purpose, and within 6 months left to pursue her dreams.  Nothing gave Caroline more joy than bringing happiness to others and so she decided to start a venture called Brighten My Days.  The intent was to spread more happiness around the world and serve to uplift anyone feeling down through the internet.</p>
<p>While performing research for the company, she came across a start-up that really grabbed her attention. Their mission was to define the life of your dreams in an interactive workshop and continue to support you along the process.  Intrigued, Caroline decided to participate and went through the process that would allow her to create a blueprint for her life.</p>
<p>What ensued was a surprise; Caroline emerged feeling that the mission of this start-up was in line with her desires and immediately went to work for the company.  Assisting with talks and seminars, Caroline was impacting lives and helping people reach their dreams through a supportive network.</p>
<p>This felt great.  Caroline knew that she was living out her mission in helping others realize their own passions and purpose in life.  However, something was still missing.  Being a natural born leader, Caroline had a burning desire to conceive her own sources of inspiration and to utilize all of her talents by managing her own company.  Reflect was the perfect conduit for Caroline to live out her purpose while having the ownership and responsibility she wanted.</p>
<p>Now teamed up and energetically aligned, Caroline and Drew combined their strengths and have created a dynamic and stylish new look to personal development.</p>
<p>After a little research, they discovered that the first person to have been recorded as writing in &#8216;mirror writing&#8217; was Leonardo DaVinci as he wanted to keep some of his ideas a secret.  Inspired by the same concept, the DaVinci typeface is the style for each of the designs Reflect produces.  Resembling an eastern script, many think at first glance that the words are written in a different language, only to find that when looking in a mirror, the affirmation is revealed.</p>
<p>Along the path while working in corporate America, Drew was forwarded an article written by Steve Pavlina, called &#8220;<a href="http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2006/07/10-reasons-you-should-never-get-a-job/" target="_blank" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview ('/outbound/www.stevepavlina.com');">10 Reasons to Never Get a Job</a>,&#8221; which fueled the decision to write his resignation letter in May of 2008 and leave a high paying job to pursue his passion.  The wheels were now in motion and the idea of bringing Reflect to the masses was real.</p>
<p>August 2008 &#8211; Reflect officially launches in New York City and the broadcast is made to every friend, relative, and acquaintance, encouraging them to spread the word.  A grassroots campaign was launched attempting to reach one person at a time. Check out the fruits of their labor here at <a href="http://www.reflectmylife.com" target="_blank" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview ('/outbound/www.reflectmylife.com');">reflectmylife.com</a></p>
<p>Reflect only 6 months old, but for this vibrant brother/sister team, the desire to positively change lives has been brewing for years. They have taken a drastic leap of faith by leaving stable jobs, but by following their dreams and embracing uncertainty, they trust that things will work out.  As for them, they are having so much fun bringing joy to people.  And if you ask others, and they&#8217;ll tell you that these two simply shine when working for Reflect.</p>
<p>Drew and Caroline believe that by changing your thoughts you change your life and by using positive affirmations you can create miracles.  They have seen significant change in their own lives, and by living their life on purpose, they plan to help your dreams come true too.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Backed with feeling, affirmations are very powerful statements. Start saying your affirmations with feeling today! Affirmations are a great way to start moving your vibration from a lower state to a higher state fast!</p>
<p><strong>A low vibration is exemplified by:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Low energy</li>
<li>Self-defeating attitudes</li>
<li>Any beliefs that feel less than good</li>
<li>Feelings of limitation</li>
<li>Lack of any sort &#8211; feeling &#8220;less than&#8221;</li>
<li>&#8220;Not good enough&#8221; feelings about your body, your health, your money, your relationships or absence thereof</li>
</ul>
<p>These thoughts and feelings are what keep us stuck in recreating more of what we already have . . . not enough. It’s always best to start where you already are.</p>
<p>After all, you can’t be anywhere but where you are. Now this may sound silly, but the truth is that many of us (I used to do this myself) just hate to face the facts about a situation because it already makes us feel bad so why would we want to even acknowledge that it exists? I would just skip to the better feeling – like all the way to bliss. Abraham-Hicks compares that to slapping a happy face sticker on your empty gas gauge so you don’t have to face the bad news that your gas gauge is empty (see: Abraham-Hicks.com)</p>
<p><em>The saying you can’t get there from here applies in this case. It simply defies the Law of Attraction.</em></p>
<p>How you are feeling rather than the words you are saying is what represent your true vibration. Your feeling or emotion is the vibrational transmitter that constantly emits impulses outward. These line up with other vibrations similar to what you&#8217;re currently emitting.</p>
<p><em>Make a statement that represents how you are actually feeling NOW, when you think of that thing that makes you feel bad.</em></p>
<p>&#8220;Hmmmm.. let’s see. The truth is I feel really disgusted with myself. I’ve gained a lot of weight on top of already being overweight. I just don’t see the way out. I hate depriving myself and I love food. It feels like a &#8216;no win&#8217; situation.&#8221;</p>
<p>When you know what you don&#8217;t want you are in the best position to state what you do want. Now we turn that around into a positive statement. As follows. . .</p>
<p><strong>What I Don&#8217;t Want </strong><br />
I don’t want to feel bad about my body. I don’t want to starve myself. And I don’t want to eat boring, bland foods.</p>
<p><strong>What I Do Want</strong><br />
I want to be happy with myself when I look in the mirror. I want to feel energetic. I want to be satisfied with eating and not be a slave to food. I really want to be back into the size 12 clothes in my closet.I want to be fit and trim!</p>
<p><strong>How Will I Feel (when I have it)?</strong><br />
I’ll feel better about my self-image. I’ll have more energy. I’ll feel more like getting out there and mixing it up. I want to use food as my fuel not as a crutch or something to soothe my emotions. I’d really like to be totally free from food concerns, in general.</p>
<p><em>So now you’ve been honest about the way you really feel. Now we can do some clean-up on your vibration and move your energy a bit.</em></p>
<p>Remember to start moving your energy forward is all we are after here. From moving it a bit, we can move it a bit further and then keep moving it a little at a time. Over a fairly short time, you can notice how much better you are feeling about your body. Enough to free you up to make better choices; better eating choices, better choices about how you want to move your body.</p>
<p>Interestingly enough the Universe starts supplying you with ideas and influences that support and inspire your new desire, which is to be lean, fit and trim.</p>
<p><strong>Here are some important components of an affirmation:</strong><br />
Since all there really is at any moment in your life experience is the present moment, you need to phrase your affirmation in the present tense. Stay away from the present progressive or gerund form, such as I am going to be fit and trim. This places it in the future. Similarly, stay away from the future tense as well such as, I will be fit and trim. The future never comes &#8211; it is always in the future. Now is all we have.</p>
<p><em>Have you ever been told &#8220;Don’t think about pink elephants?&#8221;</em></p>
<p>Naturally, your mind immediately grasps the concept pink elephants. The same goes for the Law of Attraction. It doesn’t respond to negatives since what you are focused on is what is being transmitted.</p>
<p>Keep it simple, straightforward, clear and concise. This way you don’t get muddled down or sidetracked with other cross current thinking.</p>
<p><em>The affirmation you create needs to feel right for you.</em></p>
<p>If you get assistance from a friend that’s fine. You may need to tweak it to use your wording, your turns of phrase that resonate best for you.</p>
<p>Speaking of feeling, it is utterly, absolutely, unquestionably important (did you get that you need to pay attention to this?) that you find that feeling place with your affirmation.</p>
<p><em>That is to say, how will it feel when. . . </em></p>
<ul>
<li>When you are looking at all the wonderful clothes in your closet that you now fit into and have to choose from.</li>
<li>When. . . . . you notice admiring glances from a passersby of the opposite (or same) sex, whichever the case may be?</li>
<li>When. . . . . you feel the freedom of movement in your body and you schedule that dance class you’ve been wanting to take?</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Affirmation Guidelines:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Always keep it in the Present Tense.</li>
<li>Keep it positive! Never use the negative form such as: I am not overweight or I am no longer an emotional eater.</li>
<li>Keep it short and sweet.</li>
<li>Create affirmations that feel right for you. Make it yours.</li>
<li>Find that feeling place and put emotion into your affirmation.</li>
</ul>
<p>There is a transformational model that is very powerful.</p>
<p>That is the BE  -&gt; DO -&gt; HAVE model. But we have it all backward. Most of us think that if we would have the better body, we could go out a do the fun things that help us meet the right people and then we would be more successful in our lives.</p>
<p><em>Rather, you actually create from the inside out. This is where affirmations figure in so powerfully!</em></p>
<p>When you really feel, you are in the being state the essence of that state of thinness. You feel (even briefly) slimmer, which allows you access to being inspired to some action the do-ing part. Now you are actually vibrating in a place that causes you to be in the receiving mode of having more of what you’re after.</p>
<p>Breaking it down a little further, notice that wanting to be trim, rather than being overweight carries with it a judgment. It holds the judgment that you are not okay the way you are. That something is definitely wrong with or flawed about you. So being trim for you would allow you to &#8220;be acceptable&#8221; or &#8220;worthy&#8221;. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to be at an optimum weight. Just check in to see what heavy sentence you are carrying about yourself and your worthiness.</p>
<p>Working with affirmations that address feeling worthy and accepting yourself exactly as you are can do a great deal to mitigate the stuck energy.</p>
<p><em>“How can I accept myself at this weight. If I do, won’t that just allow me to go on without changing my eating habits?&#8221;</em></p>
<p>In response to that I ask you, does being a tyrant to yourself help soothe your insecurities about your body or amplify them? It amplifies them! You are worthy. That is unquestionable. You deserve to Be, Do and Have it all. You can have the body of your dreams. You just have to clean up your vibration.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the best places to affirm your positive intention is right in front of the bathroom mirror every morning.  It’s a guaranteed way to take control of your goals, boost your confidence and push your dreams one step closer to reality.  This simple act of standing in front of the mirror every morning, appreciating your magnificence as an incredible human being and repeating aloud your positive affirmations will do wonders for your journey to unlocking your true potential.</p>
<p><strong>What Are Positive Affirmations?</strong><br />
Positive affirmations are statements which reflect your goals and dreams in life, whether that be about health, wealth, love or relationships.  They are a great tool to re-program your unconscious mind and free it from negative thought patterns.</p>
<p>Many people go through life repeating negative statements in their mind over and over again without even realizing it.  Fears about failing, being overweight, too lazy or a loser in life go round and round our conscious minds until they are transferred to our subconscious, which takes these messages to be true and attracts the corresponding life events to happen.  Our subconscious minds are like computers and our thoughts are like the programs that make them function.</p>
<p>If you can translate negative thought patterns into positive ones, in the same way our subconscious mind can be reprogrammed into believing these thoughts, helping to bring about the opportunities in our life that enable our dreams to come true.</p>
<p>Positive affirmations give us the strength and motivation to focus on our goals, work hard to achieve them and create powerful mental images of what our life will be like once we’ve achieved them.  There’s nothing more challenging than setting long term goals and feeling they’re so distant and far off there’s no way we’ll ever reach them.  By positively affirming our intention everyday, this creates the power to believe in our dreams and actively pursue them by changing our mental attitude and behavior.</p>
<p><strong>Making Positive Affirmations Effective</strong><br />
Simply standing in front of a mirror saying random statements of intent is not enough to ensure your positive affirmations take effect.  Here are some simple steps to making your affirmations more effective:</p>
<p><em>What are you trying to create in your life?  </em></p>
<p>Decide what you really want in life, whether that’s a healthy marriage, a million dollars or to be a successful author.  Make sure it’s something you truly want to happen and set a realistic target for making it happen.</p>
<p><strong>Create statements in the present tense:</strong>  positive affirmations work by making your subconscious mind believe that these statements are a reality.  So if your goal is to be the managing director of your company, instead of saying, I want to be the managing director or I will be the managing director, say I AM the managing director of my company.</p>
<p><strong>Create positive statements:</strong> positive affirmations are about exactly that, being positive.  So when once you’ve decided on your goals make sure your statements are about what you DO want to happen instead of what you DON’T.  For example, I don’t want to be poor is a negative statement.  Translate this to, I am abundantly wealthy, or I attract money everyday.</p>
<p><strong>Repetition:</strong>  your subconscious mind learns about reality by repetition.  By repeating each affirmation three times as you look into the mirror the message becomes increasingly powerful.<br />
Saying them aloud:  the first time you stand in front of the mirror and say positive statements aloud you may feel slightly uncomfortable, but very quickly it will become part of your daily routine, just like cleaning your teeth.  By saying your affirmations aloud this enables you to hear them as well as think them, increasing their power.</p>
<p><strong>Stand in front of the mirror:</strong>  once again, seeing yourself say these statements aloud increases their power.</p>
<p><strong>Add visuals: </strong> place post-it notes around your mirror to remind you of your statements, making them one of the first things you see when you wake up in the morning.</p>
<p><strong>Focus on the words:</strong>  positive affirmations need to be said with meaning and your full attention.  Focus all your energy and desire into saying them.</p>
<p><strong>Pick short statements:</strong>  they will be easier to remember and pack a more forceful punch.</p>
<p><strong>Positive Affirmations to Kick-Start Your Day! </strong><br />
Making positive affirmations as soon as you wake up is a powerful tool for achieving your goals.  If the first thing you do every morning is set your mind to positive thinking, instead of letting it wander through stressful worries about the day and negative thought patterns, you’re giving your mind the boost it needs to be positive about the whole day.</p>
<p>As you look in the mirror, focus on your magnificence and really marvel at your brilliance as a human being.</p>
<p>Here are some examples of positive affirmations which you can use every morning:</p>
<ul>
<li>I am abundantly wealthy</li>
<li>I am healthy and happy</li>
<li>I have the perfect job for me</li>
<li>I am successful in everything I do</li>
<li>I attract the right opportunities to enable me to manifest my dreams</li>
<li>I have a peaceful and calm mind</li>
<li>Everything I do attracts wealth and prosperity</li>
<li>I have unlimited energy and one hundred percent health</li>
<li>Money flows to me like a river</li>
<li>I get richer by the day</li>

<p>&#8220;Infecting the Quantum field by starting the day with an intention of what you want to create (experience).  Is this similar or aligned with a primary?  A primary is single specific of what you want to create.  Where as the method of how he creates his day seems less specific. Are doing affirmations similar?  Does all this contribute to infecting the quantum field?&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>What is the Quantum Field?<br />
</strong>The quantum field is basically the sum of all waves of possibilities. Everthing consists of energy and therefore produces a wave. All these waves together interfere with each other and create new combinations of waves. Sometimes particular waves increase in their amplitude (getting bigger) and sometimes waves completely dissapear.</p>
<p>Therefore yes, everything contributes to infecting the quantum field. Actually, there is nothing you can do, not to influence it. Every thought, every feeling and every action has its effect in the quantum field.</p>
<p><strong>What Are Affirmations?<br />
</strong>Affirmations are frequently repeated spoken words. For example I say to myself every day &#8220;I am healthy and fit&#8221;. What effect does this have on the quantum field? I think the result depends on the state of consciousness.<br />
<!--adsense#banner468m-->Imagine you are standing on a lake and there is no wind or any other influence whatsoever. If you observe the surface of the lake you will see it absoluely calm. Then through in a small stone and you will see the waves it creates. If you look closely you could see the waves spreading out over the complete lake. Now imagine that the lake is filled with hundreds of boats, there is wind and you through the same stone into it. Can you even recognize the ripple it makes?</p>
<p>Probably the same is going on in your consciousness. If you have too many thoughts, feelings and other things going on the extra little wave you create will immediately dissapear.</p>
<p><strong>What is a Creation?</strong><br />
In quantum physics terms a creation is the collape of a wave function into a particle. Out of infinite possibilities you are focusing on one single wave and this wave is collapsing into a particle and appears therefore in space and time. Consciousness creates a subject and a object at the same time. It is the birth of duality. As you can see on one level you create and on the other level you just observe something that was always present as a possibility. However, the domain in which you create depends again on the state of consciousness you are in.</p>
<p><strong>What is Attention, Intention &#038; Focus?<br />
</strong>Attention roots in the greek word &#8216;attendere&#8217; which means torwards something. You could compare this to a radio. You tune in on one channel, on one frequency. There are all frequencies similtantiously present, but using your attention selects one frequency out of many.</p>
<p>In quantum physics attention is the observer! That means your attention already collapses the wave function of possibilities and creates reality.</p>
<p>Intention refers to one&#8217;s motivation; it in no way implies force, or involving your will in the outcome. Two important variables are attention and attitude.</p>
<p>Focus refers to be fully engaging in the present moment. The ability to observe without attachment contributes to the outcome. In quantum physics, we know nothing happens that isn&#8217;t first observed. From my experience I would say intention works best when it comes from a natural place. What do I mean by that? A natural place would be a unique quality or gift you have. It is something that interests you without forcing yourself.</p>
<p>So focusing your intention on what you can do with your gift would work far better then focusing on getting rich. There is nothing wrong with getting rich of course, but for most of us this intention would come more from fear and not having enough. Therefore, it would be driven by force and not by power. Power is natural, force is artificial.</p>
<p>Power is always there, force needs to be created constantly to be effective.
