Your brain will work tirelessly to achieve the statements you give your subconscious mind. And when those statements are the affirmation of your goals, you are certain to achieve them!</p>
<p>Because your mind responds strongly to visual stimulation &#8211; by representing your goals with pictures and images you will stimulate your emotions&#8230; and your emotions are the vibrational energy that activates the Law of Attraction.</p>
<p><strong>Create a personal vision book that clearly depicts the future you wish to create</strong><br />
Find pictures that represent or symbolize the experiences, feelings, and possessions you want to attract into your life, and place them in your book. Have fun with the process! Use photographs, magazine cutouts, pictures from the Internet &#8211; whatever inspires you. Be creative. Include not only pictures, but anything that speaks to you.</p>
<p>Consider including a picture of yourself in your book. If you do, choose one that was taken in a happy moment. You will also want to post your affirmations, inspirational words, quotations, and thoughts here. Choose words and images that inspire you and make you feel good.</p>
<p>You can use your vision book to depict goals and dreams in all areas of your life, or in just one specific area that you are focusing on. Keep it neat, and be selective about what you place in your vision book. It&#8217;s a good idea to avoid creating a cluttered or chaotic book &#8211; you don&#8217;t want to attract chaos into your life.</p>
<p>Use only the words and images that best represent your purpose, your ideal future, and words that inspire positive emotions in you. There is beauty in simplicity and clarity.</p>
<p>If you are working on visualizing and creating changes in many areas of your life, then you may want to use more than one vision book. You might use one vision book for your personal goals and another for career and financial goals. You might even want to keep your career vision book at the office or on your desk as a means of inspiration and affirmation.</p>
<p><strong>How to use your vision book</strong><br />
Try keeping your vision book on the nightstand next to your bed. Leave it standing in an open position as often as you are comfortable with, and spend time each morning and evening visualizing, affirming, believing, and internalizing your goals.</p>
<p>The time you spend visualizing in the evening just before bed is especially powerful. The thoughts and images that are present in your mind during the last forty-five minutes before going to sleep are the ones that will replay themselves repeatedly in your subconscious mind through­out the night, and the thoughts and images that you begin each day with will help you to create a vibrational match for the future you desire.</p>
<p>As some time goes by, and your dreams begin to manifest, look at those images that represent your achievements, and feel gratitude for how well the Law of Attraction is working in your life. Acknowledge that it is working.</p>
<p><em>Don&#8217;t remove the pictures or images that represent the goals you&#8217;ve already achieved.</em></p>
<p>Achievement of the goals in your vision book are powerful visual reminders of what you have already consciously and deliberately attracted into your life.</p>
<p>I recommend you write down the date you created your vision book. The universe loves speed, and you will be amazed at just how quickly the Law of Attraction responds to your energy, commitment, and desires.</p>
<p>Much like a time capsule, this book will document your personal journey, your dreams, and your achievements for that particular year. It will become a record of your growth, awareness, and expansion that you will want to keep and reflect back upon in years to come.</p>
<p><em>Final thoughts on using your completed vision book:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Look at your vision book often and feel the inspiration it provides.</li>
<li>Hold it in your hands and really internalize the future it represents.</li>
<li>Read your affirmations and inspirational words aloud.</li>
<li>See yourself living in that manner.</li>
<li>Feel yourself in the future you have designed.</li>
<li>Believe it is already yours.</li>
<li>Be grateful for the good that is already present in your life.</li>
<li>Acknowledge any goals you have already achieved.</li>
<li>Acknowledge the changes you have seen and felt.</li>
<li>Acknowledge the presence of God in your life.</li>
<li>Acknowledge the Law of Attraction at work in your life.</li>
<li>Look at it just before going to bed and first thing upon rising.</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A very important part of the whole creative visualization process is developing a sense of prosperity. This means having the understanding, or consciously taking the point of view, that the universe is abundant, that life is actually trying to bring us what our hearts and souls truly desire — spiritually, mentally, emotionally, as well as physically. Almost everything you truly need or want is here for the asking; you only need to believe that it is so, truly desire it, and be willing to accept it.</p>
<p>One of the most common causes of failure when seeking what you want is “scarcity programming.” This is an attitude or set of beliefs about life that goes something like this:</p>
<ul>
<li>There isn’t enough to go around&#8230;.</li>
<li>Life is suffering&#8230;.</li>
<li>It is immoral or selfish to have enough when others don’t&#8230;.</li>
<li>Life is hard, difficult, a vale of tears&#8230;.</li>
<li>You must work hard and sacrifice for everything you gain&#8230;.</li>
<li>It’s more noble and spiritual to be poor&#8230;.</li>
</ul>
<p>These are all false beliefs. They are based on a lack of understanding of how the universe works, or a misunderstanding of some important spiritual principles. These beliefs are not of service to you or anyone else; they simply limit all of us from realizing our natural state of prosperity and plenty on all levels.</p>
<p>At the present time there is a reality in this world of starvation and poverty for many people, but we do not need to keep creating and perpetuating that reality. The fact is that there is more than enough to go around for every being on earth, if we are willing to open our minds to that possibility, and change our ways of using and distributing the world’s resources. The universe is a place of great abundance and we are all meant to be naturally prosperous, both in material and spiritual wealth, in a way that is balanced and harmonious with one another and with the earth that nourishes us.</p>
<p>In modern times, humankind has lost touch with its natural state of prosperity. Together, we are creating a world vastly out of balance, in which a relative few have far more than they need and are using up our natural resources at an alarming rate, while the majority suffer from serious lack. We are all responsible for creating this reality, and we can change it by changing both our way of thinking and our way of living.</p>
<p>We need to reclaim our ability to appreciate and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Many of us in the industrialized world need to cultivate a simpler, more natural lifestyle. We need to realize that after our basic needs are met, the experience of abundance has more to do with expressing our creative gifts in satisfying ways, and learning to give and receive in a balanced way, than it does with extravagant consumerism.</p>
<p>The truth about this earth is that it is an infinitely good, beautiful, nourishing place to be. The only “evil” comes from a lack of understanding of this truth. Evil (ignorance) is like a shadow — it has no real substance of its own; it is simply a lack of light. You cannot cause a shadow to disappear by trying to fight it, by stamping on it, by railing against it, or by any other form of emotional or physical resistance. In order to cause a shadow to disappear, you must shine light on it.</p>
<p>Take a look at your belief system and see if you are holding yourself back by not believing sufficiently in the possibility of prosperity. Can you actually realistically imagine yourself as a successful, satisfied, fulfilled person? Can you really open your eyes to the goodness and beauty and abundance that are all around you? Can you imagine this world transformed into a prosperous and supportive environment in which everyone can flourish?</p>
<p>You will experience difficulty in creating what you want in your personal life unless you view the world as a good place to be and a place that works for everyone. This is because human nature is basically loving, and so most of us will not allow ourselves to have what we want as long as we believe that we might be depriving others in order to do so.</p>
<p>We have to understand in a deep way that having what we truly want in life contributes to the general state of human happiness and supports others in creating more happiness for themselves. To create prosperity, we need to visualize ourselves living as we desire to live, doing what we love, feeling satisfied with what we attain, in a context of other people doing the same.</p>
<p>In a spirit of fun, try this exercise to stimulate your imagination and expand your ability to visualize true prosperity:</p>
<p><strong>Abundance Meditation:</strong><br />
Relax completely in a comfortable position. Picture yourself in any lovely natural environment — perhaps by a green, open meadow with a lovely brook, or on white sand by the ocean. Take some time to imagine all the beautiful details, and see yourself fully enjoying and appreciating your surroundings.</p>
<p>Now begin to walk, and soon find yourself in some totally different surrounding environment, perhaps exploring a waving field of golden grain, or swimming in a lake. Continue to wander and explore — finding more and more exquisitely beautiful environments of great variety — mountains, forests, deserts, whatever suits your fantasy. Take a little time to appreciate each one.</p>
<p>Now imagine returning home to a simple but comfortable and lovely environment, whatever would most suit you. Imagine having loving family, friends, and community around you. Visualize yourself doing work that you love, and expressing yourself creatively in ways that feel just right for you.</p>
<p>You are being amply rewarded for your efforts, in internal satisfaction, appreciation from others, and financial return. Imagine yourself feeling fulfilled and thoroughly enjoying your life. Step back, and see if you can imagine a world full of people living simply yet abundantly, in harmony with one another and the earth.</p>

<p>The law of attraction is base in the law of the universe in which you are the creator of your reality. You have created everything in your reality including your eggshell of limitations.</p>
<p><strong>What is the Law of Attraction/Vibration?</strong><br />
It is the vibration in which you are flowing. Vibrations are energy and everything is made up of energy. Everything is vibrating, if it where to cease vibrating it would cease to exist. This energy flows in positive and negative polarities. The idea is to flow in the positive and thus you will attract more positive.</p>
<p><strong>Concepts to the law and why?</strong><br />
If you have read any books or watched any films on the law of attraction it will cover certain things that are a must do. Some will cover in depth on the why but for the most part it almost seems like a trade secret. I will explain some of the concepts and the &#8216;why&#8217; behind it.</p>
<p><strong>The Secret to Gratitude</strong><br />
Feeling gratitude for what you have is supposed to help you in the process because you are giving thanks for the things that you have. It will help you get yourself to a place of acceptance of new things to come into your life. Be grateful for what you have and feel positive for and you will attract more positive.</p>
<p>The secret to gratitude is the feelings associated with being grateful. It is not the words you use but the feelings behind the act. You could be grateful for &#8216;anything&#8217; it is the feeling that you are vibrating in that matters. Focus on anything that brings you happiness and allow yourself a good feeling of total gratitude. The next time you are eating a delicious sandwich, enjoy it and flow in that positive feeling of gratitude.</p>
<p><strong>The Secret to Visualizing</strong><br />
The idea is to picture yourself owning or having what ever it is you want. You should visualize and pretend that it is yours already and this will help you manifest it in your life.</p>
<p>Visualizing and pretending that you have it already and placing yourself in that moment emits a vibration of have. This is the secret to visualizing something, eliminate the want and see it as something that is already yours. The problem is that we will hinder our own thought by thinking of the lack. You do not lack it if you understand that it is yours already.</p>
<p><strong>The Secret to Asking</strong><br />
You are supposed to ask for what you want. You can look at something or a situation and say &#8220;I want that.&#8221; And in asking you begin the first process of manifesting.</p>
<p>The secret is to be very clear on what it is you want. It is a good idea to determine what it is you do not want in order to make your want clear. There is also no need to speak it out loud or even make it a declaration. That is putting too much focus on the words. The moment you have a feeling of want, that vibration is where you are flowing. That is a vibration of lack, so you will turn it around with the next two steps.</p>
<p><strong>The Secret to Believing</strong><br />
This is where you believe that it is on its way to you. You know that it will be yours as if you ordered it from a catalog. The idea is to believe that it will show up soon.</p>
<p>The secret to this step is in acknowledging the process in which these steps are associated. The feeling behind the first step was lack, feeling behind this step is &#8220;it is on its way&#8221; this is monumental. Pay attention to the way you feel about it coming to you, it is a matter of knowing that it is right around the corner.</p>
<p><strong>The Secret to Receiving</strong><br />
This is the step in which you allow it to arrive. In which you are ready for it to get there. Your actions are inline with what is on its way to you.</p>
<p>The secret here is to associate it with the other two steps. First step is associated with lack feelings. The next step is associated with &#8220;it&#8217;s on its way&#8221;. The last step is &#8220;It&#8217;s mine&#8221;. It would be like knowing that you are getting a check on Friday, you live every aspect of your life in accordance of your paycheck arriving on Friday. You have no doubt in your mind and you make plans and get ready for it. This is the same feeling that should be associated with receiving what you asked for.</p>
<p>The last step is the one that determines how quickly it manifests in your life. If you were able to get yourself to a place of absolute doubtless faith it would come immediately.</p>

<p>Guided imagery is a skill. And like all skills, it needs to be practiced on a daily basis. If you want to develop greater self-confidence to accomplish any goal, you need to be diligent and faithful in your practice of imagining.</p>
<p><strong>Practice Makes Perfect</strong><br />
Champion golfer Jack Nicklaus knows the power of using guided imagery for confidence and success. He knows that when practicing a swing or putt in his mind, it’s best to fill the imagery with as much sensory detail as possible. He knows that in order to reach a high level of peak performance he must practice mental repetition of his desired goal.</p>
<p>“First, I see the ball where I want it to finish, nice and white and sitting up high on the bright green grass,” says Nicklaus. “Then the scene quickly changes, and I see the ball going there: its path, trajectory, and shape, even its behavior on landing. Then there is a sort of fade-out, and the next scene shows me making the kind of swing that will turn the previous images into reality.”</p>
<p>Filling in as much detail as possible creates a high-quality image. Think of this kind of mental rehearsal, or “imagery rehearsal,” as a test drive. Here you get the chance to try out different scenarios and situations until you’re completely at ease with acting in new ways in order to achieve your imagined confidence goal.</p>
<p><strong>The Benefits of Imagery Rehearsal</strong><br />
Athletes, actors, musicians, and dancers all know that imagery rehearsal allows you to practice what you want to accomplish in the future. During rehearsal you have the opportunity to go through every move, gesture, tone of voice, sight, and smell that will propel you to give an extraordinary performance. Rehearsing in your mind grounds your experience, increases your awareness and perception, helps you get out of your own way, and secures new ABCs of confidence that tell you you have what it takes.</p>
<p>Most important, imagery rehearsal helps you to anticipate any and all obstacles that might come up during the actual event you’re planning. When you’re able to anticipate obstacles or challenges, you can use imagery rehearsal to practice what you would do or say differently. This way, if any surprises come up in the actual event, you’ve already practiced how you can act so you’re not caught off guard. Remember, your brain, mind, and body don’t know the difference between an imagined performance and the real thing.</p>
<p>If you’ve watched Olympic ice skating or gymnasts on television, you’ve seen the athletes going through their motions backstage, practicing their routines in small steps, sometimes even with their eyes closed. They are anchoring into their body and mind the sensory experience of what they’re about to do. Then, when they skate out onto the ice or jump onto the balance beam, their bodies are duplicating and acting out all of the imagery they have mentally rehearsed hundreds of times.</p>
<p>Your peak performance is enhanced by repeated imagery rehearsal when it involves all your senses. It’s exactly this mind-body focus that makes guided imagery such a dynamic force in helping us realize our new ways of acting and being. Because you’re involving the right hemisphere of your brain, the home of your emotions, you’ll also find your self-image, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and self-confidence taking off like a rocket.</p>
<p>In her book <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html%3FASIN=0684811898%26tag=heroldmarketi-20%26lcode=xm2%26cID=2025%26ccmID=165953%26location=/o/ASIN/0684811898%253FSubscriptionId=1N9AHEAQ2F6SVD97BE02" target="_blank" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview ('/outbound/www.amazon.com');">Thriving in Transition</a>: Effective Living in Times of Change, Marcia Perkins-Reed says that “unless we challenge ourselves [to see] through imagery how our lives could be better, we will tend to make choices that fall within the parameters to which we are accustomed” (1996, 161). Do you really want to get the same results you’ve always had? Of course not.</p>
<p>By practicing your desired achievements in your mind, you will equip yourself with the imagery necessary to attain your desired results. Remember, your new self-knowledge is providing you with new insights and perceptions about yourself, which in turn leads you to realize that you have new options, and those new options lead to new behavior. Through this process, your imagery rehearsal is being reinforced in your mind and body and is boosting your confidence. But what if you still don’t feel confident? Not to worry &#8211; you can fake it till you make it.</p>
<p><strong>Fake It till You Make It</strong><br />
If you act as if you’re already confident and have what you’re seeking, then you’re setting up positive beliefs that will result in your success. “Fake it till you make it,” means that when you practice new behaviors and new ways of being, you become a magnet for your future achievements. When you practice the body posture, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that go along with being confident and self-assured, your body and mind start working together to make it so.</p>
<p>Actors, business executives, and athletes all know the value of aligning nonverbal body language and self-image beliefs in order to act as if they already have supreme confidence. One thing is for sure: when you act like a loser, you’ll be unsuccessful. When you act like a winner, you’ll believe you are a winner and you’ll be a winner!</p>
<p>When you “act as if,” or “fake it till you make it,” you’ll notice a difference in your outlook on life. You’ll notice yourself walking tall, making eye contact, smiling, and speaking calmly. With enough practice, your self-image will begin to catch up with you, and one day you won’t have to pretend. When you “act as if,” you’re mentally rehearsing your newfound confidence one step at a time.</p>
<p>As you practice this, your confidence becomes real and natural and you become grounded in the knowledge that you can do it! And, not only will you persuade yourself that you are confident, but you’ll also convey to others that you are confident. When you walk, sit, and talk as if you’ve got all the self-assurance in the world, people will interpret your behavior as confidence.</p>
<p>Finally, refuse to continue believing and acting small. As <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html%3FASIN=0060927488%26tag=heroldmarketi-20%26lcode=xm2%26cID=2025%26ccmID=165953%26location=/o/ASIN/0060927488%253FSubscriptionId=1N9AHEAQ2F6SVD97BE02" target="_blank" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview ('/outbound/www.amazon.com');">Marianne Williamson</a> says in her book A Return to Love, “You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world” (1996, 191). So be bold. Fake it till you make it, and act as if. Use your imagery rehearsals to practice new behavior and then actually try out new ways of being in your real life. You’ll see tremendous changes in your life when you realize that you are a worthy human being.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You have an awesome power within you that most of us have never been taught to use. Elite athletes use it. The super rich use it. And peak performers in all fields are now starting to use it. That power is called visualization.</p>
<p>The daily practice of visualizing your dreams as already complete can rapidly accelerate your achievement of those dreams. Visualization of your goals and desires accomplishes four very important things.</p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> It activates your creative subconscious which will start generating creative ideas to achieve your goal.<br />
<strong>2.</strong> It programs your brain to more readily perceive and recognize the resources you will need to achieve your dreams.<br />
<strong>3.</strong> It activates the law of attraction, thereby drawing into your life the people, resources, and circumstances you will need to achieve your goals.<br />
<strong>4.</strong> It builds your internal motivation to take the necessary actions to achieve your dreams.</p>
<p>Visualization is really quite simple. You sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine &#8211; in as vivid detail as you can &#8211; what you would be looking at if the dream you have were already realized. Imagine being inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes at the ideal result.</p>
<p><strong>Mental Rehearsal</strong><br />
Athletes call this visualization process &#8220;mental rehearsal,&#8221; and they have been using it since the 1960s when we learned about it from the Russians. All you have to do is set aside a few minutes a day. The best times are when you first wake up, after meditation or prayer, and right before you go to bed. These are the times you are most relaxed. Go through the following three steps:</p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Imagine sitting in a movie theater, the lights dim, and then the movie starts. It is a movie of you doing perfectly whatever it is that you want to do better. See as much detail as you can create, including your clothing, the expression on your face, small body movements, the environment and any other people that might be around. Add in any sounds you would be hearing &#8212; traffic, music, other people talking, cheering. And finally, recreate in your body any feelings you think you would be experiencing as you engage in this activity.</p>
<p><strong> 2.</strong> Get out of your chair, walk up to the screen, open a door in the screen and enter into the movie. Now experience the whole thing again from inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes. This is called an &#8220;embodied image&#8221; rather than a &#8220;distant image.&#8221; It will deepen the impact of the experience. Again, see everything in vivid detail, hear the sounds you would hear, and feel the feelings you would feel.</p>
<p><strong> 3.</strong> Finally, walk back out of the screen that is still showing the picture of you performing perfectly, return to your seat in the theater, reach out and grab the screen and shrink it down to the size of a cracker. Then, bring this miniature screen up to your mouth, chew it up and swallow it. Imagine that each tiny piece &#8211; just like a hologram &#8211; contains the full picture of you performing well. Imagine all these little screens traveling down into your stomach and out through the bloodstream into every cell of your body. Then imagine that every cell of your body is lit up with a movie of you performing perfectly. It&#8217;s like one of those appliance store windows where 50 televisions are all tuned to the same channel.</p>
<p>When you have finished this process &#8211; it should take less than five minutes &#8211; you can open your eyes and go about your business. If you make this part of your daily routine, you will be amazed at how much improvement you will see in your life.</p>
<p><strong>Create Goal Pictures</strong><br />
Another powerful technique is to create a photograph or picture of yourself with your goal, as if it were already completed. If one of your goals is to own a new car, take your camera down to your local auto dealer and have a picture taken of yourself sitting behind the wheel of your dream car. If your goal is to visit Paris, find a picture or poster of the Eiffel Tower and cut out a picture of yourself and place it into the picture. With today&#8217;s technology, you could probably make an even more convincing image using your computer.</p>
<p><strong>Create a Visual Picture and an Affirmation for Each Goal</strong><br />
We recommend that you find or create a picture of every aspect of your dream life. Create a picture or a visual representation for every goal you have &#8211; financial, career, recreation, new skills and abilities, things you want to purchase, and so on.</p>
<p>When we were writing the very first Chicken Soup for the Soul® book, we took a copy of the New York Times best seller list, scanned it into our computer, and using the same font as the newspaper, typed Chicken Soup for the Soul into the number one position in the &#8220;Paperback Advice, How-To and Miscellaneous&#8221; category. We printed several copies and hung them up around the office. Less than two years later, our book was the number one book in that category and stayed there for over a year!</p>
<p><strong>Index Cards</strong><br />
We practice a similar discipline every day. We each have a list of about 30-40 goals we are currently working on. We write each goal on a 3&#215;5 index card and keep those cards near our bed and take them with us when we travel. Each morning and each night we go through the stack of cards, one at a time, read the card, close our eyes, see the completion of that goal in its perfect desired state for about 15 seconds, open our eyes and repeat the process with the next card.</p>
<p><strong>Use Affirmations to Support Your Visualization</strong><br />
An affirmation is a statement that evokes not only a picture, but the experience of already having what you want. Here&#8217;s an example of an affirmation:</p>
<p><em>I am happily vacationing 2 months out of the year in a tropical paradise, and working just four days a week owning my own business.</em></p>
<p>Repeating an affirmation several times a day keeps you focused on your goal, strengthens your motivation, and programs your subconscious by sending an order to your crew to do whatever it takes to make that goal happen.</p>
<p><strong>Expect Results</strong><br />
Through writing down your goals, using the power of visualization and repeating your affirmations, you can achieve amazing results. Visualization and affirmations allow you to change your beliefs, assumptions, and opinions about the most important person in your life &#8211; YOU! They allow you to harness the 18 billion brain cells in your brain and get them all working in a singular and purposeful direction.</p>
<p>Your subconscious will become engaged in a process that transforms you forever. The process is invisible and doesn&#8217;t take a long time. It just happens over time, as long as you put in the time to visualize and affirm, surround yourself with positive people, read uplifting books and listen to audio programs that flood your mind with positive, life-affirming messages.</p>
<p>Repeat your affirmations every morning and night for a month and they will become an automatic part of your thinking &#8211; they will become woven into the very fabric of your being.</p>

You can make your outer world a lot more supportive in reinforcing what you desire in your inner world, so that it will create more of what you wish to experience in your outer world. If you order your outer world with signs and impressions of wealth, you’ll reinforce wealth consciousness in your inner world. Your work of reality creation is most effective when your inner and outer world are aligned.</p>
<p>The difference between the rich and the poor is not in how much money they have, but in the way they talk, the way they act and the way they think. The way you think is what you create in your inner world. The way you talk and act is what you express in your outer world. If you want to be fully wealthy, you must be fully congruent in your thoughts, speech and actions. Half congruence results in half wealth. Poor people communicate lack in every way while rich people communicate abundance in every way.</p>
<p>Your actions either create subconscious impressions of wealth or poverty. By choosing to buy the best and quality products for yourself, you are saying that you are worth it, that you are the best. Your subconscious mind will pick up these impressions from your actions and create conditions in your life that resonate with that state of mind. To manifest wealth, you must begin with living as though you are already wealthy. It doesn’t mean you overspend, but you simply spend in a way that makes you truly happy.</p>
<p>The poor waste money by not allowing themselves to spend money on what they truly desire or on things of the right level of quality. By purchasing something of a lesser quality that is cheaper, but which they are not satisfied with, they are wasting their money. Because their dissatisfaction moves them to finally buy the very thing they should have bought in the first place. Their unhappiness also causes them to send forth vibrations that attract more poverty in life. This is the dual curse of limited mindset.</p>
<p>The poor are unwilling to spend money on what they truly desire or at the level of quality they desire not because they don’t have the money, but because they are afraid to do so. They are more conscious of loss and not having enough, instead of seeing the value of having something more in exchange, or the supply that is always coming in. It is their poor relationship with money and material things that causes them to have such a poor experience of money and material things. Poverty is created by them.</p>
<p>Those who are rich or have a mind that is non limited allow themselves to spend their money on things at the level of quality they truly desire. The satisfaction they obtain from being true to themselves causes them to send forth vibrations that attract more satisfaction in their lives. Their very act of obtaining what they are truly happy with at the start saves them all the trouble of wasting time and money making further purchases. They are wise not to spend too much or too little. They spend what they see fit.</p>
<p>The elements in your environment affect your consciousness. Everything that you see around you will subconsciously impress upon you the idea of poverty or wealth. The more broken and dilapidated stuff you hold without replacing, the more you will feel lack. When you keep signs of abundance in your environment, your subconscious mind will be constantly impressed with the idea of supply and abundance. By causing yourself to feel abundance, you will perpetuate the conditions of abundance in your reality.</p>
<p>The subconscious impression of abundance creates conditions of abundance. Seeing abundance in one area creates a mental shift and allows you to start seeing and feeling more abundance in your life. Whatever area in your life you have right now that makes you feel rich and powerful, create more of that. Use that area to affect other areas. The key is to get more references of abundance for you to be conscious of so as to impress upon your subconscious mind as much as possible the reality of abundance.</p>
<p>The poor are trapped in environments that contain signs of lack about everything they see around them, they are stuck with people that think, speak and act in ways that signify lack and powerlessness. The rich are placed in environments that contain signs of abundance and people that act rich. It is so difficult for the poor to become rich but it is so easy for the rich to become richer. The poor trap themselves with their limitations while the rich are free to increase. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.</p>
<p>What tends to do away with poverty is not by getting pictures of poverty into your mind, but by getting pictures of abundance, wealth and possibility into the minds of the poor. The best way to help the poor is not to be one of them yourself. You are in fact making the world a better place by becoming wealthy. By becoming wealthy, you are in fact helping to be part of the cure to end all poverty. If you want to help the poor, demonstrate to them that they can become rich. Prove it totally by getting rich yourself.</p>
<p>You may not be able to avoid signs of poverty when you are not externally rich yet, but you can create wealth consciousness by choosing to focus on signs of abundance and taking your attention away from signs of poverty. Place yourself more in environments of the rich, relate more with the rich and act more like them. Then as you start having more money come your way, use it to remove more and more of the signs of poverty in your life and environment, and replace them with even more signs of wealth.</p>
<p>The extent that you have signs of wealth in your life is the extent you will continue to experience wealth. The extent you have signs of poverty in your life is the extent you will experience poverty. The reason why you experience a mix of wealth and poverty in your life is because of the mix signals you give out around you. Conflicting signals create conflicting results. The dominant signals will create the conditions that you experience more of. Remove all signs of poverty and your reality will be a totally rich one.</p>

<p>Infinitesimally smaller than the miniature world of atoms, subatomic entities like electrons, protons, and a multitude of other bodies in the quantum make up the essence of the physical universe.</p>
<p>While most of us would assume that tiny particles inside atoms are inanimate objects oblivious to our existence, a fundamental tenet of quantum physics is that we cannot observe the subatomic world without disturbing it.  In other words, subatomic particles actually respond to the people watching them.</p>
<p>As strange as that statement sounds, scientists have proven time and again that if you do an experiment in the quantum and don&#8217;t watch the process, you&#8217;ll get one result.  If you do watch the process, you&#8217;ll get a completely different one.</p>
<p>With every atom in our world made up of subatomic entities that respond this way, that fact has huge implications in our lives.  It means that wherever you put your attention, you create change at the subatomic level, the very foundation of the world.  It is up to you to select what you observe and where you place your attention.  But once you do, the very act of your observation changes what happens in your physical reality.</p>
<p>Combine that truth with the boundless creative energy that lies within each of us-which we can harness and direct through the visualization process-and you begin to see the limitless potential for creating the life you want.</p>
<p>One recent example of how this phenomenon worked in my own life was after I went to my doctor about a recurring pain in my foot.  He discovered the reason for this pain was a small fracture caused when one of the surgical screws he had put in place during surgery six months ago had broken. He instructed me to use a special device to heal the bone &#8211; a device that cost an unreasonable $1800 and had to be purchased directly from the manufacturer.</p>
<p>Relying on my own understanding of visualization and the world of quantum physics, I told myself this situation would not be a major problem.  Right away, I pictured the bone in my foot smoothly fused together with an even, solid edge.  I was careful to focus on the final results, not the process that would get me there.  In fact, my visualization did not include any details at all, or information about what I would do to heal the bone.  I put my attention on what I wanted-the healthy bone -not on what I had (the fracture) or even on how it would get better. In using that imagery, I instructed my reality to change. Now it was just a waiting game to see how my new reality would come to be.</p>
<p>Within a few hours, I visited a friend, mentioned the foot fracture to her and told her about the doctor&#8217;s recommendation for the device.  My friend smiled and said, &#8220;You can have mine.&#8221;  It turned out she had the same piece of overpriced medical equipment I needed, which she had used to recover from neck surgery a while back. &#8220;I&#8217;m not going to use it anymore, everything already healed.&#8221;  I left her house with the device and instructions for using it. Not only did it cost me nothing, but I didn&#8217;t even have to drive out of my way to get it. The device was handed to me &#8211; practically on a silver platter!</p>
<p>Some may call this a coincidence, but I believe that the movement of subatomic entities in the quantum world, coupled with the power of visualization, was responsible for achieving those results.  By putting my attention on healing my foot, my entire world rearranged at the subatomic level and coalesced into a new reality, one that included the means to a healthy foot.</p>
<p>In fact, according to quantum physicists, it is our very attention that causes subatomic entities to rearrange themselves in a paradox called wave/particle duality. Experiments have shown that it is our power of observation that affects the result of the experiment. Using electrons and a screen in one experiment, physicists proved that when the scientist observes the experiment, he or she will get one result, and when the action is not observed, the outcome will be different. Richard Feynman said of this phenomenon, &#8220;We must conclude that when we look at the electrons the distribution of them on the screen is different than when we do not look.&#8221;</p>
<p>Using results from the scientific laboratory as a role model for our lives, the idea is that you will bring about whatever it is you pay attention to. If you visualize what you want &#8211; truly focus on it &#8211; it will show up in your life.</p>
<p>Learning about those quantum experiments brought to my mind a real-life situation from several years ago when my friends Julie and Rob wanted to buy a house. They worried that they would not be able to get a loan because Rob still had to make monthly alimony payments to his ex-wife, which reduced the income he and Julie could provide. In addition, Rob&#8217;s credit had been tarnished during his divorce several years earlier. Regardless, the two of them sincerely wanted to own a house, so they put their fears aside and found the perfect place. It was a small but charming house beneath a redwood grove, a split-level home with a wood stove and three skylights. Out each of the windows was a beautiful forest view. Rob and Julie fell in love with the place and made an offer, which was accepted immediately.</p>
<p>Julie visualized owning the house in spite of their concerns about obtaining a mortgage.</p>
<p>Against Julie&#8217;s better judgment, Rob omitted the alimony information during the application process, which he felt was justified.  After all, he thought, they had enough income to pay all their bills and would not hurt anyone by getting this loan.</p>
<p>Rob then requested a preliminary credit report and found there was a delinquency on an old loan that he&#8217;d shared with his ex-wife. If that joint loan showed up on the credit report used by the mortgage company, it could raise flags about alimony and the deal would be dead.</p>
<p>Julie kept on visualizing them in the house despite these complications.  Her visualization never included any mention of the mortgage, credit reports, alimony, or any of the other obstacles they had to overcome. Her picture was always the same &#8211; the two of them living happily in that house.</p>
<p>Early one morning they got a call from their real estate agent. It was wonderful news! She told them their mortgage application was accepted and the house was theirs.</p>
<p>It was a week later that they learned what had actually happened. The mortgage company had used the same credit report as the preliminary one, and Rob&#8217;s delinquent loan had appeared, just as in the preliminary report. But this time, the loan detail labeled the loan as an individual loan. The J for joint, which they had both seen on the original credit report, was now unexplainable changed to an I for individual, a computer change that could not have taken place without someone deliberately typing it into the system. Yet neither Rob nor Julie had contacted the credit reporting bureau.</p>
<p>In addition, three months after they moved into the house Rob had a conversation with his ex-wife, who admitted she&#8217;d actually been working all along, which effectively reduced his alimony to zero. Julie believes she accomplished her goal by holding a vision. The key is not to get hung up on the details or let your fears get in the way. Instead, hold onto your dream and the subatomic world will respond.</p>
