Ask the following questions 1) Why we have to be afraid? 2) What are reasons that we have to be afraid of? and 3) Have we done anything that creates the undrerstanding between the persons? All the answers for above are simple we are ingonorant of what others feel and observe and also we want to possess what others have like money, property, positions etc which are all materialistic in nature. A person who loves nature need not worry as he/she takes only what they need bare minimum, just to survive. If one knows how to share with others ( only materials) and also understands the motives of others shall never be afraid of. For that approach one needs to be more humanistic, this brings in between persons together with love and affection, which slowly builds up the mutual trust and reasoning.
