1: We have extremist/terrorists that have already created insecurity and instability in our lifestyles, and there seems to be no indication of that changing. Christians have always had their hateful, violent murderous bigots as well.

2: We have had a series of geologic events that have created insecurity and instability in perception of our physical safety & well-being as well.

3: We have financial institutions that have created GLOBAL financial insecurity and instability in our emotional lives, and there is no indication that the mind-set and standards of these corporations are going to change voluntarily.

4: We have MANY companies that have evolve from their original mission statements and primary focus for providing the best quality services and products, into corporations responding to the greed of shareholders in which no matter how much the new top priority is in “making profit,” (instead of “best quality”), . . .”more is never enough.”

5: and the “booby trap” is that fact that we all came to this existence under an agreement that roughly translates as “The Golden Rule.” The psychological explanation is that subconsciously, whenever we do something that is not with integrity, . . . something in which WE would NOT want to be the other person in the deal, . . . that we are at that same instant, creating a situation in which we will have the opportunity to learn what it is like to be that other person. (Sort of the psycho-logical explanation of “Karma.”)

The instant we cheat somebody by knowingly giving them a bad product or efforts, we are creating a situation that will teach us WHY this is counter-productive for ourselves. This holds true on a personal level as well as words, actions, deeds that are labeled as “Standard Operating Procedures,” Company Policy,” and “Industry Standards.”

Of course truly spiritual people who already KNOW that we are all One Divine Entity, have fewer challenges with this :-)

So, as things continue to deteriorate, . . . What do YOU think it will take to jolt humanity into waking up and treating each other as we would want to be treated?

I think it is a sad comment on the current state of things that we, . . . our collective conscious (and/or unconscious), might have to co-create some really devastating shit on a planetary level, just to be able to learn, grow, and evolve.

How many centuries have we had wars? Greedy bankers? Companies that put profit over safety and quality? How many cultures and empires and societies have risen and fallen?

For those who believe that war and destruction is a viable solution . . . they get to experience that lifetime after lifetime. For spiritual geeks and scientists with conscience, we get to watch and put forward ideas for better solutions in spite of being such a minority.

Yes, “the meek” are ready to inherit, . . . anytime. And yes, if these things that have been predicted come to past in my lifetime, I will cry over the loss of my cell phone, my computer, my microwave, my music keyboard and all of the technologies that have been dreamed of, but not fulfilled. I DO love technology! But guess what I am thinking every time I drive my 2007 Toyota Camry that has yet to be “modified”?

Mr. Braden seems to think we are in for quite a ride over 2010-2012. I can understand how and why this could unfold. Look at the conditions that created difficult challenges throughout history. The human animal is the same now as then. Not quite conscious enough to “break these cycles” and create something totally new.

Preparing for the worst, . . . Hoping (& acting) for the best.

I think a lot people are thinking that we are going to enter into what is called as New world age. Of course nobody has answer for some natural disasters or calamities. But those who have “Peace of mind on Earth I do Mean Peace WITH Earth is also possible. Of this comes only to those who are saints by birth or by practice, that is those do not value any material benefits, they shall be content what ever they have, but they share with others also.

But time is always there as it is, time never changes, only the mind of the human should change from animosity to humanity.

But there are so many secrets in the nature so far what science has revealed only few.

What ever is happening under the name of 2012 is very bad, rather spreading panic better we all should face it boldly.

Ask any leading physicist or mathematician.

Catastophic events are already apparent all around us – any true scientist would agree that there are an increasing number of factors which contribute to global decline.

Gregg has an insight into a way of life which has already foretold these events – qualified and knowledgeable people from ancient times – do not dismiss their knowledge – they were far more intelligent than any person in our generation – do not confuse technological advancement with true knowledge. Our Ancient ‘grandparents’ left wisdom carved into stone to protect their ‘grandchildren’ in this age for a reason – a timely code in the knowledge that we are able (some of us) to hear the trumpet call.

There are very few moments in anyones life which can be cherished for an eternity – and I tell you – all of eternity will vanish in one moment.

2012 may be the year.

The here and now – catastrophes already – if you do not have eyes to see then listen to the wise.

First, the world will not end in 2012. That is just silly. It was supposed to end in 1000, then 1999, then 2000 (and to many other years to write down).

Second, the universe is at least 13.5 billion years old (absolute fact) and I think it will survive past the next 3-4 years. In fact I will bet you that we all can talk again about this in 2013.

No matter how hard I try I just can’t understand what makes people believe such riduculous, make believe stories like this.

But I still wish you a good day and I would like to tell you to not stress out about 2012. You and the earth and the universe will be fine.

What meant to say they were more practical and highly creative than us and more spiritual.

Especially India has absorbed maximum religions and customs than any other county only because of their spirituality and also timely spiritual guidance from those who got some wisdom.

As you have said there may be new leaders emerging from no where to lead the world so that life on this earth continues.

But that will not be end of the life but only may be end of the present egoistic and and highly selfish persons.

If it is dooms day entire universe goes on eternal fire, which I do not think so is possible and probably not to happen in near future.
