I had this epiphany not after doing any technique or any spiritual work. I read the book the User Illusion which simply convinced me that most of the effort I put into trying to figure things out was superfluous and for my own entertainment. Our minds are constantly giving us good data which we then reject. Stop rejecting your insights and asewew what life brings.
