Julian Burke’s comments in her informative “Lucid Dreaming” Article indicates that…….You needn’t wait till you wake up to ponder what your dream is saying. You can actually ask the “figures in your dream” what they are trying to tell you while the dream itself is still in progress.

I dream most of the time but don’t understand the meaning and I DO NOT KNOW, How or What to ask the “figures in my dreams”!!!

Can anyone elaborate please? Any feedback? It would greatly be appreciated.
