What you wrote…I’ve heard so much through my chilhood….that you can’t have what you want?!!! as a result, I obviously believed it to be true. wealth and love always seems reserved for the fortunate few. Success seems an exclusive party to which I’m cordially not invited.

This paragraph personally resinated with me. How can I stay aware of the old programming in order to change the old belief system.

Tired of stuggling with the changes I long to make. I seem to work with the states of mind and then lose site when nothing seems to be happening. Right now, I’ve got myself in a state of depression due to Christmas and all the negative emotions linked to it. Help please?
