Hey I do think massive collective positive change is possible. In fact we can see it has happened more than once already. It happened with personal hygiene (eradicating a lot of disease) and it happened with slavery and apartheid. I think it is already happening with environmental issues, and it nearly happened with war (in the 70s over the Vietnam war) but the trouble with war is that it's such a top-down decision. It only takes a couple of stupid brutes with a lot of power to start a blood bath. God knows it's complete insanity and I think one day the people of the Earth will rise and call a halt to it.
