3. Higher Consciousness
This is also known as the super-conscious mind – your higher self. It is the least understood and least accessed aspect of Consciousness because it does not belong to the physical or mental realm. Its domain is the spiritual realm. It is the You that is All-Knowing and All-Powerful and is the same in kind as the One Universal Mind.

It is the You that is beyond not only the physical world but also the emotions of your mental world. Your higher self does not distinguish between good or bad, wrong or right, happy or sad – not because it is unable to but because it has no need to. It is the You that only knows balance. It is the You that is only Love. It is the eternal observer. It is absolute stillness.

The Antidote To The Fuzzy Future Syndrome

Are you ready to get exactly what you want?  Like so many I’ve asked before you, I hear you emphatically responding, “Yes!” Great!  It’s yours!  But…what is it, exactly?  And if you actually got it, what price would you have to pay?

You don’t have to pay any price.  Your dreams are ready and waiting for you to bring them to life.  But shifting gears to focus on the creation of our dreams sometimes feels like a lot of work, and much of it not destined to produce results.  It often seems that if we would only work harder on the current realities before us, we would get what we want through sheer focus of will.

An Introduction to NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP - What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?
Neuro Linguistic programming (usually shortened to NLP) is a method of high-speed psychotherapy. It relies on concepts of behavioral modification to treat a host of psychological problems, and has been successfully used on everything from mild social anxiety, to severe phobias.

NLP has also become popular as a way to optimize your personal performance. Many self help guru’s and personal life coaches incorporate elements of NLP into their systems. It can be used to make you more aggressive in business and more confident in your personal life. If you have a life-long hang-up, or some mental scar from a past experience, NLP has many tools that can help you overcome those kinds of challenges.

Where are Your Habits Leading You?

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

You are an accumulation of your habits. From how you get out of bed, how you shower, how you dress, how you walk, sit, and talk, how you respond to the world, how you act in front of others, and how you think; you’re living out your habits.

Habits are necessary. They free up your mind so you can concentrate on how to survive day to day. You don’t have to think about how to drive your car so you can be on the lookout for danger while you are driving. You don’t have to think about how to walk so you can concentrate on where you’re going.
